Refund & Return Policy
RETURNS
We accept returns within 06 days of receipt, only if their delivery packaging has not been opened or the products are damaged or wrong product. Please notify us and return the box in its original packaging. In such instances, we will endeavour to send you another or refund the payment. We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, are sealed and remain in the original packaging. If all these conditions are met, please ship your products back to us using a registered courier service and we will issue a full refund. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
REFUNDS (If applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. You will also be informed whether your refund has been approved or declined. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credited amount will be applied to your original payment method (such as your credit card) within 10-45 working days days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time before the refund is officially reflected.
You may also wish to reach out to your bank, since processing times can vary. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, kindly contact us at info@bolt101.ae
SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@bolt101.ae and send your item to: The prism tower, Business Bay, Floor no. 2307 , Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
GIFTS
If your purchase was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, we’ll issue you a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once we receive your return, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
However, if the item was not marked as a gift, or if it was shipped to the gift giver first and then given to you, the refund will go directly to the gift giver. In this case, they will be notified about the return.
SHIPPING
To return your product, please mail it to: The Prism Tower, Business Bay, Floor 2307, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Please note that you will be responsible for covering your own return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount. In case, the product has an issue from our end, we will be responsible of returning and refunding the items.
Delivery times for exchanges may vary depending on your location.
For items valued over AED 100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Payment Options
Refunds will be done only through the original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 – 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
